Los Alamitos Youth Shelter Gives More Than A Home
Casa Youth Shelter is one of only eight nonprofit organizations to be a recipient of the Orange County Register's 2011 Season of Caring campaign. Over the next two months, the OC Register will be publishing several articles about Casa Youth Shelter's impact in our community.
We are excited to share with you a wonderful article which appeared recently in the OC Register featuring former Casa resident, Amber Boggs!

CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME
Casa is a modest dwelling on a quiet street that provides a home-like atmosphere for our guests. There are six comfortably-furnished bedrooms, and adequate facilities for private one-on-one as well as group counseling sessions. There are computer training classes, outdoor recreational facilities and a kitchen and dining area where staff and guests eat meals together.
