Casa Youth Shelter has been state and nationally recognized and commended for its unique, warm, and caring home-like environment for providing services for troubled teens and their families. We believe the welcoming atmosphere of the shelter is also reflected in the lengths of employment of full time employees, which ranges from 4 to 22 years.
Youth (House) Supervisor
Casa's Youth Supervisors maintain the house environment and are directly responsible for supervision of the residents in the shelter. Shift and On-call positions are available.
Position requirements:
- Must be at least 23-years-old.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must have no felony arrests or misdemeanor child abuse convictions.
Compensation:
- Pay is $10.00 per hour to start or $11.00 for graveyard shifts.
- Full-time employees receive benefits.
